As stated in the Constitution, the object of the Scholarship Committee [the Fund] shall be to advance and promote the education of women through the provision of scholarships. All monies shall be used solely for promoting its object. There are five [5] trustees of the fund, their tasks being 1. To record all donations and income, invest the monies and disburse when needed. 2. To promote the fund and participate and initiate fund raising activities. The Scholarship Fund is a registered charity. Tax receipts are issued for donations, including the portion of each member's annual fees that are designated for the Scholarship Fund.
